Hello! Here are my wedding pictures. Finally!
I hope you enjoy them as much as I did. Disclaimer: This post contains pictures galore.
The favor boxes contained bite-sized homemade shortbread and chocolate chip cookies and tea bags!
I decided to alternate each table with these centerpieces. Some had this wood slab with a mason jar filled with rose petals and a candle in the middle.
While some of the other tables featured this darling cage that I purchased at Michaels for less than $10. You want a helpful tip for wedding shopping on a tight budget? Carry around Michaels’ 40% off coupons everywhere you go! Here’s the link.
Everyone was in love with our cake! Not only was it pleasing to look at, but the texture was super moist and the whole orange spice cake with orange marmalade along with French butter cream was super tasty!
Love the contrast that James (photographer) used on this photo with the cream colored wedges and the dark green leaves.
Getting ready in the changing room….Couldn’t have done it without my wonderful friends. At one point they started to freak out because the zipper was stuck on the fabric.
My handsome prince is waiting in anticipation….
Greg and his groomsmen!
I love the tenderness in this picture. Looks like Greg and Gramma Sandy had a sweet moment before the ceremony.
Ahhhh! Our nephew Daniel A.K.A. “Mista Poopy Pantzzzz”. I don’t know if it’s because I’m his aunt, but how can a child be so perfect and adorable?! Beats me.
*Shameless*
AJ to the rescue! Little guy wanted to run away.
My bridesmaids are too gorgeous, don’t ya agree?
Things got so emotional that I started nearly bawling in the middle of the aisle. My dad was trying to hold his tears back, I could tell.
This part was so beautiful yet filled with crazy emotions, especially because Greg’s eyes started to water.
Somebody, get me a box of tissues, pronto. Please and thank you.
We had a short time to stop, pray and thank God for our blessed union.
Our officiant and friend Josh did such a tremendous job! His witty humor and sweet spirit really welcomed God’s love into our ceremony. We also had my friend Peace interpret for us from English to Korean. Thanks Peace!
And look who joined us midway through the service! It was the unexpected “cherry on top” moment of this occasion as everyone started laughing and “awwing” at this sight. He just wanted to be in on the action!
The peak of our ceremony was our time of communion together.
A DIY banner, courtesy of Susan!
Our first dance was to “Sea Breeze” by Tyrone Wells.
People were having such a blast during the reception! Just seeing that made me smile.
We also provided a photobooth that was done DIY-style….Cheapest and funnest way to go! (Yeap, “funnest” is a word)
Thank you for your support and for making it this far! Haha.
And the OXO salad spinner giveaway winner is…..commenter #9, Bonnie from Paste Pants!
Thank you all for participating. And Bonnie, I will email you soon regarding the details.
Love,
Ellie <33

So yes, back to ur gorgeous photos… may I just say that u looked absolutely stunning!!! What a beautiful bride! I really liked the colour scheme you chose…the lavender and aqua colours work really well together!! And the centrepieces were so creative!! I remember you mentioned in a previous post that you partially incorporated a rustic theme, and I can defo see the influences there esp. with the birdcage and the candles atop a tiny tree stump (loveee that idea!)
Thanks for sharing ur lovely pictures with us, Ellie! =)

And thank you so much about the decor!! I do love how it ended up, and although it wasn’t full-blown rustic-ish~I think it had just the right amount of it to give it that feel.

It WAS a beautiful day!! And get this! I was praying for no rain if God was okay with that, and the weather was actually perfect! But the NEXT day it was pouuuuuuuuring like crazy!! hahaha I guess He decided to postpone the rain
