Hello Ellie. I came upon your blog site looking for a flaxseed bread pudding recipe. I was very pleased that you are a committed believer. I gave me great joy reading that you live your life to bring glory to God. That’s my life motto also. Keep on blotting and boldly giving God praise. May He bless you, your marriage, and everything that you put your hands to.

Hi Angel! Wowww I am so encouraged by your comment! It gives me so much hope and strength when I see other fellow believers as well, and I’ll certainly keep glorifying Him through this blog the best I can~ :D I really appreciate your “blessing” on me and my family too. Who knew flax and bread pudding could bring people together?! :P

Your spelt gingersnap cookie recipe looks fantastic but I need gluten free. What in the recipe is not GF?

Hi Beth! Ohhh good question. I put gluten free on the recipe because Spelt is commonly thought to be GF, but it’s actually not. Perhaps this recipe can be tweaked with a mixture of rice flour+millet, or something like that? :)
